Thank you for visiting the Privacy Policy of the CFW Event (the “Event”) Website (the “Event Website”), operated by Forward Sports and Entertainment LLC ("FSE"). This Privacy Policy describes our policy with regard to online privacy and explains how you can opt out of certain uses and disclosures of your personal information.

1. Your Acceptance

By visiting, using, and/or registering on the Event Website, you signify your agreement to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. If you do not so agree, you should not use the Event Website. Should we make any substantial changes in the way we collect and/or use any personal information we will amend this Privacy Policy, and your continued use of any Event Website constitutes your consent to the amended Privacy Policy.

2. Event Website

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Event Website. Links within these sites could direct you to third party websites that are not owned or controlled by FSE, including, without limitation, FSE has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites, which may employ cookies and/or collect personal information. In addition, FSE will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third party site. We encourage you to be aware when you leave the Event Website, and to read the privacy policy of each website that you visit. Please direct any concerns regarding any such third party sites to the administrator of the applicable site.

FSE affiliates may have their own privacy policy governing websites other than the above Event Website.

3. What Type of Personal Information Do We Collect and Use?

If you send us an email, purchase products from the Event Website, register on the Event Website, enter a contest, sweepstakes, or other promotion, subscribe to one of our newsletters, or otherwise transmit information via the Event Website, FSE may obtain and collect personally identifiable information (expressed herein generally as "personal information") such as your name, email address, payment information (i.e. credit card number/expiration date), and/or mailing address, subject to your ability to "opt-out" of our future use or disclosure of such information as detailed in this Privacy Policy.

If you wish to opt-out of our use and/or disclosure of your personal information, other than to process any purchase orders and communicate with you about your account, if you have created an account, you will generally have the option to do so when you first submit your personal information via the Event Website. Simply indicate your desire to opt-out by checking or un-checking the appropriate box. If you wish to amend or delete any personal information you have previously provided without opting out, please send us a message at We will endeavor to provide a simple way to review, correct, update or remove personal information you have given us. If you wish to stop receiving an FSE newsletter that you have previously subscribed to, or any other marketing communications, please follow the "unsubscribe" instructions contained at the bottom of each newsletter or email.

FSE will only disclose your email address to (i) FSE subsidiaries and affiliated companies, including, without limitation, Rangers Baseball LLC, (ii) as otherwise disclosed in this Privacy Policy, or (iii) with your express permission.

If you submit personal information to us, or to any third party acting on our behalf (a "Service Provider"), via the Event Website, we may use and share your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy, as disclosed when you first submit your information or as otherwise permissible under applicable law. We will not sell, lease, publish or share your personal information with or to anyone else, except as set forth in this Privacy Policy. We may use and share your personal information:

Technical Information. When you use the Event Website, we use software tools, including but not limited to cookies (small amounts of data which include a unique string of characters sent to your browser or application from a website's computers and stored on your computer's or device's hard drive), web beacons (technology used to track activity, also known as pixel tags) and similar technologies, to collect a variety of technical, non-personally identifiable information, for example the type of Internet browser or operating system used to access the Event Website, the date and duration of an Event Website visit or the Internet Protocol address used to access the Event Website. We use such technical information for internal purposes, for example to study and improve the response times of the Event Website. We may associate such technical information with personal information you provide to us as described in Section 1 above, in which case we will treat such associated information as personal information. Please be advised that associating technical information with personal information may be required for us, and our Service Providers, to recognize you and your communications with us, for example to retain your newsletter preferences or enable your use of a "shopping cart."

Third Party Cookies and Web Beacons; Network Advertisers. We may allow select third parties, such as those who deliver advertisements, content, social networking or provide other services associated with the Event Website, to set cookies, web beacons or similar technologies in certain locations within the Event Website, including but not limited to certain of our emails. Third party companies that manage and deliver advertisements to websites and applications such as ours are commonly referred to as "network advertisers." A permitted network advertiser may use cookies, web beacons or similar technologies to collect information about your interaction with the Event Website in order to tailor certain advertisements and content delivered within the Event Website and on other websites within such network advertiser's ad network. Social Networking. When using the Event Website or when using certain third party social networking services (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Google +) (each a "Social Network"), you may have the option to connect your Event Website information and activity with your Social Network information and activity. If you authorize such a connection, you permit us to share or publish information about your Event Website activity with that Social Network and its users, and to access certain of your Social Network information, as disclosed to you at the time you consent to the connection. Information we may share with a Social Network may include, but is not limited to, technical information about your Event Website activity. Information we may access about you, with your consent, from a Social Network may include, but is not limited to, your basic Social Network information, your location data, your list of contacts, friends or followers and certain information about your activities on the Social Network. If you permit a connection between a Social Network and the Event Website, we (and that Social Network) may be able to identify you and to associate information received pursuant to the connection with information we already have about you. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the privacy policy and privacy control options of any Social Network with which you choose to share information or connect to the Event Website.
